No additional costs, like electricity, water, taxes or we point out in our offer or the booking confirmation. A confirmation is usually done by email. On special request by fax or by mail, too. A booking is only valid through a deposit of 15 % of the total amount (at least 50 Euro). The deposit must be maid within 7 days with bank transfer. The bank account you receive with the confirmation. The balance is due on arrival directly relevant to the landlord. In case of cancellation, a fee of 15 % of the total amount (at least 50 Euro) is payable. If we can let the object again, there is only a fee of 20 Euro payable. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance. You have to inform us not later than 7 days before arrival about your time of arrival on Corfu. You will receive a way description and details for handing over the key. |
